Thank you for setting a good example for all of us, Lizzie. (However, I do miss those "coffee breaks" with you.)

I always think of the whole "traces of pee" that people warn you of when you're thinking about eating a mint...hence I stay away. I do love candy though - my new favourite mint replacements are called Gin Gins http://www.gingerpeople.com/gin-gin-candies/gin-gins-boost-ultra-strength-ginger-candy.html

True they're not entirely natural but the ingredient list is shorter...and it does include ginger! Plus they're totally addictive AND good for upset tummies. I apologize in advance if I get you hooked!

It was my pleasure working with you (and hanging out with you too of course).

You are delightful and I absolutely love your attitude to all of this. So many people take it so seriously. It is important to find the humour in some of the ridiculousness around attempting to lead the healthiest life ever.

And you absolutely were successfully rehabbed. My intention is never to make clients change everything forever- it is that they make the connection between what they put in their body and how they feel- that they see the benefit in a whole foods based, health supportive diet. You totally did and now know enough that you can indulge once in a while but know what to do to get yourself on track. But with the summer months coming- it will be a easy to stay healthy, a piece of cake if you will ;)
